I work with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as disordered eating, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My goal is to create a supportive and practical space where you can begin to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

Therapy with me is not about quick fixes—it’s about building tools, insight, and self-trust that last. I help clients move through difficult emotions, unhelpful patterns, and stress so they can feel more at ease and experience meaningful change.

My approach is experiential and body-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Breathwork, and Mindfulness. This means our work goes beyond talking—we pay attention to your body, emotions, and real-life experiences to create deeper shifts. I value honesty, authenticity, and collaboration, offering both compassion and accountability in the therapy process.
