My approach is experiential and body-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Gestalt, Somatic Therapy, Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Nature-Based Therapy. This creates a balance between practical tools you can use in daily life and deeper internal exploration of patterns, emotions, and body-based awareness. Our work goes beyond talking—we’ll engage both the inner and outer parts of your experience to create meaningful and lasting shifts. I value honesty, authenticity, and collaboration, offering both compassion and accountability throughout the process.
