Hello, I am Hannah of Wild Grounding Psychotherapy
I became a psychotherapist because I’ve walked through the muck and sludge of life myself. That path gave me more than insight—it gave me tools, wisdom, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support. My own healing continues to shape the way I sit with clients today: with presence, patience, and a grounded trust that healing unfolds in its own time.
As a therapist, I offer a steady container—one rooted in compassionate psychotherapy, informed by lived experience, advanced training, and lived embodiment of the process. Your experiences aren’t just symptoms to treat—they're stories to listen to, patterns to explore, and places to grow from. I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and real-world tools that foster emotional resilience and self-awareness.
I earned my Master’s degree in Nature‑Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University, and have continued to deepen my work through ongoing professional trainings and certifications. My approach blends research‑based methods with experiential, body-centered practices that help ground change at every level.
The language of therapy often begins with the quiet questions we carry: Why does life feel so heavy? Why do I keep repeating the same patterns? These questions deserve space, compassion, and honest exploration. I offer therapy that responds to real-life overwhelm, loneliness, stuckness, and longing for connection.
